REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICIES
Cancellation of Orders
When you choose products and pay for them on our website, which is deemed to be a confirmed
order. Customer might not be able to cancel any order placed on the Website, once it has been
processed or approved by us. In the event, Customer intends to cancel any purchase order
placed on the Website at any time before the order has been approved, he/she must immediately
email us with Order Number in the subject line < CANCEL - >at email@example.com to place
a cancellation request. We accept to cancel your order only if we receive such communication
and acknowledge the same before approving and shipping your order. If the item has been
approved, cancellation request will not be processed. When an order cancellation is accepted by
us, we would refund the amount paid to your credit card/bank account. All refunds are subject to
normal banking procedures. Orders for items under 'SALE' cannot be cancelled.
Out of Stock items
vegshoppy is committed to ensure availability and accuracy of inventory exhibited on the website. However, if we are unable to ship your purchased items due to unavailability or damage, we will inform you within 2 days of your purchase date and process a refund to your credit card/bank account. All refunds are subject to normal banking procedures.
RETURN and EXCHANGE POLICY
1. Please note vegshoppy allows a return only if the product is damaged or defective and the return request to be raised within 2 days of receiving the product by contacting us through e-mail. In the event, Customer intends to return, he/she must immediately email us with Order Number in the subject line < RETURN - >at firstname.lastname@example.org to place a return acceptance request. Customer should return such product(s), within 7 (Seven) working days of receiving it, subject to the condition that, such product(s) is/are returned in a saleable condition with the price and info tags intact, the original folds and packaging retained with proper packing care, in an undamaged/unused condition. Any worn, soiled, altered, washed or customer-damaged items cannot be returned and will be shipped back to you at your cost and no refund will be issued. Notwithstanding anything contained in this policy, no Customer requests for return of products purchased on the Website will be entertained.
2. Damages occurred due to improper product care and usage OR packing care can be voidable as per our return policy.
3. Return acceptance and replacement approval, in case any if requested by customer, is subject to inspection and checking by us and is at our sole discretion.
4. We outlined the following procedure for a hassle free return:
a) Raise the request by writing to us at email@example.com the issue along with an image of the product within 2 days from receipt of product(s)
b) Following the acceptance of the request to return, Customer must immediately courier the product to our address within 7 (Seven) working days of receiving the product (date of delivery) any further requests for return will not be entertained after such period.
c) Customer must mention as RETURN, his/her name, return acceptance number and mobile number, on the top of the packaging in which the product is couriered in accordance with the aforementioned procedure. Customer must ensure that the original receipt/invoice is included with the product when sending it to us through designated courier.
d) If Customer is sending the product intended to be returned back by post, returns should only be sent through a company designated courier.

f) If the Customer decides to send us an e-mail, it must contain the comprehensive details of the defects/complaints of the product delivered to you. Please note that we shall examine the returned products for all such defects/variations, on the basis of the Customer's e-mails.
5. On receipt of the product from the Customer in the manner described above, vegshoppy in its sole discretion will decide whether to issue a credit note/voucher that can be redeemed against any other future purchase on the Website, or to offer an alternative product (of such price, which is equal to or less than the price at which the product intended to be returned was sold) of the Customer's choice in exchange, or to reject such request for return. Further, the Customer shall bear and pay for the courier charges incurred by us while implementing the 7 (Seven) day return policy. If the mistake is on our side, we shall return your courier charges through credit note/voucher. (Courier not to pay or pay)-include the pick policies and charges
6. On receipt of the product in the manner described above, if vegshoppy in its sole discretion finds that the product is ineligible for return, we will contact such Customer through his/her registered email-ID or phone number with further instructions. In case, vegshoppy decides in this regard to return the product back to such Customer, then such Customer shall bear and pay for such courier charges.
7. Notwithstanding any conditions set out here, If customer does not absolutely like their new purchased product, and return the item(s) absolutely NO refund will be made and shipping and delivery charges has to be borne by customer for resending product back to customer.
8. Items described as "SALE" cannot be returned or exchanged.
Defective or Faulty Product
1. If Customer receives a product in packaging that appears to have been tampered with, damaged or is in an unsealed condition, Customer is advised not to accept such product. Customer is advised to immediately get in touch with us at email@example.com call at +91 8885359594
2. Upon vegshoppy being satisfied at its sole discretion that the product was not damaged by any actions on the part of the Customer and after inspecting the product for signs of use, we shall either issue credit note or exchange/replace the product. Color, Handwork, Specifications & Description
1. The details of the products or product specifications (weight, color, handwork, size etc.) as mentioned on our site are only approximate values; any request for return based on these attributes will not be entertained.
2. The customers who are preferring items with beaded embroidery and sequins must be aware of the fact that these shiny embellishments have a tendency to come off. Remember, even with the best of handling and care, this problem cannot be avoided altogether. So, before ordering such item please keeps these things in mind.
3. The Customer must be aware of the description of the product is left to the aspirations of the handloom weavers and to the creative freedom of content writers. As such a product will not be considered for return or replacement on the sole basis of violation of the Content Description - either Short or Long Description.
4. While placing an order the Customer is advised to keep in mind about minor variations in color that can occur due to various reasons. We try our best to reproduce the exact color of the product on your screen, as seen on the monitor of the Customer. Variation may also be felt because of different resolutions, monitors, video cards, operating systems, and internet browsers used. Garments also have a tendency to reflect different shades of color under different lights. A 10% variation in shade is considered as normal.
vegshoppy at its sole discretion reserves the right to decide the form of refund i.e. credit note or an offer of exchange that would be provided to the Customer. Further, we would endeavor to accomplish the Customer's refund processing within 10 (Ten) working days from the receipt of product from the Customer in this regard. 1. In case of any dispute regarding any cancellation, refunds or return under this Policy, the Customer can contact vegshoppy at email@example.com. However, the decision of vegshoppy in such case shall be final and binding. This Policy shall be governed by and interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of India (Indian IT ACT 2002). The Customer hereby consents subjected to our address area jurisdiction of Andhra Pradesh, India.
2. In any event, our liability shall be restricted to the price of the product in question.
